CPSIA of 2008 Library
Congress passed the Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act of 2008 in August 2008 to help eliminate hazardous chemicals from products manufactured world wide. Among other requirements, this law sets new limits for lead and phthalate content in various consumer products designed or inteded for children. In addition, CPSIA establishes a new testing and labeling regime for children's products. Scout Graphics is building a Library to help support it's compliance with this new law. Listed below you will find several supporting documents as well as test results. Documents will be added as they become availible. If you have any questions, please contact Ron Mattox, President of Scout Graphics directly at 260-471-4400. Thank You. Copy of CPSIA law Copies of Test Results
