Baden Powell
With the Centennial of Scouting around the corner, many of you have been looking to use images of Robert Baden-Powell on shirts and patch designs. During the spring of 2007, we were advised by BSA Licensing that Baden-Powell images would not be allowed, as the marks were not owned by BSA. We have however, been able to secure permission from The Scout Association in London, England to reproduce images of Robert Baden-Powell on apparel and embroidered emblems beginning August 15, 2008. There is no additional cost to the BSA Council for use of Robert Baden-Powell images on material manufactured by Scout Graphics. |
